1. What type of chocolate do your wrappers fit over?  Our wrappers fit over a 1.55oz Hersheys, Nestle Crunch, Mr. Goodbar, or similar sized candy bar.  Please specify in the comments section which bar you would prefer.  However, you are not limited to only chocolate bars!  The foils that are included with your wrapper order can also hold other similar sized candy and snacks.  Please email us before placing your order and we will be happy to give you a price on a substitute candy or snack.
2. Is the chocolate included with the wrappers?  All of our wrappers are available with or without the chocolate to offer you a money saving option!  
3. What type of paper do you use?  Our products are professionally printed on glossy, commercial grade paper.
4. What methods of payment do you accept?  Credit card payments only; processed through PayPal.  FL residents must add 7% sales tax. 
5. What is your refund/exchange policy?  Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds/exchanges are only given if the mistake was made by Personal Events.
6. What method of shipping will be used to mail my order and are there any restrictions?  We do not ship water due to weight.  Water bottle labels including the water are only available within the local delivery area of Charlotte and surrounding counties, Florida.  Our personalized water bottle labels are easily applied using double sided tape.  Within the US:  USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-4 days to arrive at your destination; if you have a definite deadline, we encourage the use of Express Mail.  If you place a candy bar order during the warmer months or if you live in a warm climate, we strongly urge the use of Express Mail with a cold pack due to the fact that it is much more likely for the candy bars to melt when using normal delivery.  However, using Express Mail with a cold pack does not guarantee that your chocolate bars will not melt.  We cannot be held responsible for the handling of packages once they leave our facility.  Please keep this in mind when placing a wrapper order that includes the chocolate.  Outside the US:  Please email us before placing your order so that we can determine the correct shipping.
7. How do I place an order?  You can order easily by clicking on the image for each product.
8. How long does it take to receive my order?  A proof is emailed within 1-2 business days for your approval.  After we receive the approved proof, orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days; larger orders may take longer.  Orders are then shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail.  
9. If I order wrappers-only, how do I wrap them?  We provide easy to follow wrapping instructions.  All that is needed is a glue stick and a few minutes.
